Yes! It's actually a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness. With so much false information out there, my goal is to provide you with reliable knowledge and advice so that you can get the most out of your time and training.


Not if you don't want to! The most important thing is that you feel comfortable. Whether you prefer working out outdoors, at-home, or in a gym, we have a plan for you. A private studio space is also provided for our in-person sessions.


It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the effort and consistency you put in!
